Following college, Howard began his career working for a Denver real estate developer. He then joined Licht & Company in 1987. Through his more than 35 years in the industry, he has gained the experience required to present each case in a clear and concise way to ensure success. He has testified as an expert witness at numerous boards throughout the state.
Howard lives in Denver with his wife Susan. They have three grown children who all live in Denver. He enjoys traveling and bike riding with Susan.
Chris developed his interest in real estate after purchasing and renovating a small multi-family property. He has purchased and renovated numerous residential properties. Chris joined Licht & Company in 1999. As a result of his experience and education, he has an exceptional ability to obtain the lowest possible values for his clients.
Chris is married to Rachel and they live in Park Hill with their two children. Chris is an avid photographer and enjoys exercising and woodworking.
Adam started working in the real estate industry immediately following college. He has worked numerous different roles in the real estate industry and joined Licht & Company in 2015.
Adam lives in Denver. He enjoys golfing and is an avid Broncos fan.

What types of properties do you review?
Our firm handles commercial properties including: office buildings, medical offices, retail, hotels, industrial warehouses and garages, mixed use properties, and vacant land. We also appeal the classification and valuation of agricultural land. We do not appeal single-family residential property or apartments.
When is the appeal period?
The statutory appeal period takes place from May 1 through June 8 of each year for real property. The statutory appeal period for personal property is June 15 through June 30.
What happens if I do not file an appeal during the statutory appeal period?
If a property has not had an appeal filed in a given year, an abatement petition may be filed during the following two years and we can still obtain a property tax reduction.
